J’s Communications is a full service Motorola two-way radio dealer based in Fresno, California. Founded in 1991, J’s Communications is the largest Motorola dealer in the Central Valley. We perform system design, troubleshoot, repair, program, and install wireless systems for a variety of customers.

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist/Office Assistant in our Service Department. Candidate must be energetic, friendly, dependable, and professional with a polite demeanor and positive attitude. Previous experience working in an office setting highly preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting clients, staff and vendors
  • Answering multi-line phone
  • Processing radios in need of repair for the technicians
  • Invoicing customers for repairs and service calls
  • Accounts Receivable -- working with customers to ensure their invoices are submitted correctly and paid on time
  • Processing outgoing mail and UPS/FedEx packages
  • Keeping the office clean and orderly
  • Running errands
  • Other misc. office/admin/clerical items as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and MS Office Suite, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Candidates must possess clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • High School Diploma or GED

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
