Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator for a Full Time position.
Shift: 8:30 AM EST- 5:00 PM EST
Position Goal: The Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for interacting with patients and visitors in an effort to ensure service excellence. This person is responsible for coordinating the implementation, analysis, and reporting of targeted patient experience improvement initiatives within the hospital.
Position Responsibilities:
Experience: Minimum of one year of administrative and customer service experience required. Knowledge of hospital systems preferred.
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent required. Degree in related field (customer service or hospitality) preferred.
Special Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills required (oral and written). Must have the ability to work well with others. High integrity, adaptability and character. Shows enthusiasm and a willingness to learn in an ever-changing dynamic fast-paced healthcare environment. Demonstrates good judgment in performance of daily duties. Must exhibit organizational ability and ability to prioritize to ensure timeliness of completed assignments. Must be proficient in use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
