We are a busy, well-established coffee roaster in Fort Collins looking for an organized, upbeat and energetic people-person to join our team!
The admin role is a key position here at the Roastery, with duties including:
-The first point of contact for new and existing customers via phone and email
-Answering phones and taking orders
-Interacting with our Wholesale and Retail customers, via phone, email, and in-person, and the ability to switch between them throughout the day.
-Daily Invoicing, and processing orders from all our sales channels
-Processing Web Orders & assisting in fulfilling the orders in a timely manner
-Helping customers in the Roastery Store
Our ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing and has experience in customer service. Previous coffee and/or Quickbooks experience would be preferred, but we will train the right person. Ideally, we would like someone with availability Mon-Fri from 8 to 2, (with hours extending during the winter months to 9-5). No holidays or weekends required.
