Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Legal and Compliance team, where you will be assisting with Gaming Compliance within different jurisdictions, as well as developing, initiating, maintaining, and revising company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review all developments within the regulatory environment of the business.
• Draft and update the policies and procedures of the Company ensuring Compliance
• Administration of licensing application & maintenance
• Liaise with regulatory bodies on compliance and licensing related matters
• Review audit results and ensure that failures are acted upon and remedial action is taken
• Work in areas such as AML, CTF, Licencing, Marketing Compliance, Data Protection and Social Responsibility etc.
• Ensure that all required reports are generated and provided to senior management as required

Skills:

• iGaming experience or a basic understanding would be a plus
• 3rd level qualification in compliance, auditing or a related subject
• Excellent writing, analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
• Quick learner and ability to take on board added responsibility
• Familiarity with B2B KYC/CDD would be ideal
• Experience in audit planning, risk and control identification, and audit testing although not necessary is a distinct advantage for this role.
