Duties:
- Maintain and update patient medical records in accordance with established procedures and guidelines

- Review medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist healthcare providers in locating and accessing patient information as needed
- Respond to inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies regarding medical records
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic understanding of medical coding systems
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health record systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
