Job Duties:
- Responsible providing receptionist duties in a confident and professional manner.
- Maintains the County ID management system by providing new IDs to county associates and contractors, schedules and grades exams, posts results, and acts as backup for the test administrator
- Responsible for receiving and reviewing exit interviews and performing verbal and written employment verifications on current and past County associates.
- Provides clerical support to all units in the Human Resources Office.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Personnel Management or a related field or three years of directly related experience in Human Resources.
- A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must possess/maintain valid Driver's License.
- Must submit to/pass pre-employment drug test/background check.
