Jackson Kelly PLLC is seeking a full time Receptionist for its Morgantown, West Virginia office. Responsibilities include providing a welcoming environment for our clients, answering telephones, conference room scheduling and maintenance, and meeting/event preparation. Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, detail oriented, and deadline driven atmosphere.
Qualifications of the ideal candidate include:
- One year of related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge and proficiency with telephone systems, computers, copiers and conferencing equipment
- Excellent multi-tasking and organization skills
- Effective verbal communication
- A high level of professionalism and customer service
- Respect for confidentiality
