Jackson Lewis’ Human Resources Department is seeking an experienced and passionate Program Manager to lead the onboarding and integration process for all attorney, staff and business services hires across the Firm. The Onboarding, Offboarding and Integration Program Manager will be responsible for entire onboarding and integration process, from pre-hire engagement through the 90 days of employment, ensuring consistency across all roles, offices and stakeholders. The position also will also oversee and ensure a consistent exit process for employees departing the Firm.. The successful incumbent will be able to build and maintain positive relationships throughout the Firm, influence outcomes and glean information from a variety of sources to deliver tailored role-based journeys at a national level

Essential Functions
- Responsible for the design and delivery of consistent nationwide onboarding, integration, and offboarding experiences.
- Creates tailored programs that meet the needs of various levels of attorneys and employees across offices, practice groups and departments. Responsible for onboarding groups of attorneys.
- Provide concierge onboarding service to principals coordinating office leadership and other key stakeholders
- Coordinate all aspects of onboarding programs including design, scheduling, implementation, facilitation, gathering and reporting of feedback
- Coordinates with HR Operations to confirm start dates once candidates have fully completed the pre-boarding process
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the firm; ensure each department, manager, and stakeholder effectively delivers against their respective onboarding commitments
- Partner with relevant teams across talent and across Business Services functions to align on expectations and create a shared definition of success
- Ensure client onboarding and offboarding is managed seamlessly; codify cross-team processes and monitor realization of expectations
- Develop tools, templates, and resources to enable successful onboarding and train groups on desired outcomes
- Proactively communicates status of all onboarding, including risks and delays to stakeholders
- Establishes metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of these programs; analyzes feedback to surface trends, and continually implement improvements
- Main point of contact for onboarding and offboarding to address any issues that arise by finding resources needed for resolution
- Responsible for ensuring all onboarding roles, tasks, and meetings are assigned, scheduled and executed
- Analyze all exiting trends and provide actionable recommendation on ways to reduce turnover and improve integration and implement same.
- 6 Years’ experience leading and coordinating programs across a large national organization with multiple offices.
- Experience in Human Resources, Professional Development or Talent Acquisition preferred
- Experience working in a large law firm creating and delivering onboarding and integration programs preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Presence to influence attorneys and employees at all levels of the organization including office leadership.
- Passion for enablement of others and creating transformational and engaging employee experiences
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Flexible/ self-starter, results-orientated and strives for continuous improvement
- Track record of effectively managing multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Juris Doctorate a plus

Salary : $127,000 - $137,500
