General Summary of Job Duties
To protect the integrity of the Table Games by ensuring that all House and Gaming rules and regulations are being implemented, while providing the highest level of player service by being professional and courteous
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. Mission Statement and F.A.S.T. Track Values Statement.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Employees, and Vendors.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
- Regular attendance and arriving on time to all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Building and keeping games full by player and dealer development.
- Chip inventory while games are in action.
- Tracking player’s win or loss during course of action.
- Dealer rotations and accountability in regards to room integrity.
- Adherence to House and Gaming rules and regulations.
- Initiating disciplinary action when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned on a daily and weekly basis.
- Coaching and developing dealers.
- Annual and 90 day dealer performance reviews.
- Disciplinary action when necessary.
- Scheduling dealers to insure player satisfaction.
