Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide general military intelligence analysis and organizational expertise dealing with threats to the US Army/DoD interests worldwide. This position will conduct all-source research and threat analysis of CI, CT, force protection, and information operations of foreign military forces and their operations, capabilities, activities, and trends to support all-source intelligence and threat production, particularly in the areas of threats to US Army and DoD equities.
Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Provide support to CI investigation through liaison with Counterintelligence Agents and other members of the DoD and intelligence community.
Provide record checks, data research and social networking analysis through the use of intelligence and law enforcement databases and search engines.
Provide in-depth research regarding biographical intelligence in order to aid investigations, support subject interviews, and case development.
Conduct research using social networking tools, digital mapping programs, and law enforcement database and research tools, to include Open Source (OSINT) and classified searches.
Analyze intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications through comprehensive knowledge of intelligence threat analysis to include forecasting and/or other analytical methodologies.
Analyze terrorist and FIE threats to US Army Forces, programs and operations.
Provide recommendations on techniques and innovative methods employed in threat analysis and protection.
Research and analyze military, political, economic, technical and other developments within assigned areas to conduct valid threat assessments.
Identify intelligence gaps and assist in the development of intelligence collection programs.
Advise team leaders and chain of command on intelligence findings.
Plan, coordinate, and synthesize research to prepare all-source intelligence products and responses.
Ensure products fulfill DA, DoD, and national – level intelligence requirements.
Brief intelligence assessments and positions to senior Battalion Army and civilian personnel.
Develop recommendations regarding the development and maintenance of SOPs for assigned tasks.
Conduct all tasks in support of operations under AR 381-20.
Assess information from the IC-wide reporting elements to de-conflict information, identify the value of reporting, assess whether the information addresses requirements and contribute to collection.
Produce technical analysis white papers and presentations in support of ongoing investigations to identify intelligence gaps and leads for investigations.
Analytical updates to the Command Group on major investigations.
Produce analysis white papers and presentations from historical investigations.
Conduct investigative trend analysis in order to allow Government leadership to focus investigative resources.
Produce analytical information reports from reviews of investigative and IC database searches in support of ongoing national security investigations and insider threat reports.
Produce analytical information reports from reviews of Law Enforcement database searches in support of ongoing national security investigations, FIE and insider threat reports.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Qualifications:
US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8 years’ relevant intelligence analysis experience; with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, or
High school diploma and 12 years of relevant experience, or
Associate Degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or
Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
Desired Requirements (nice to have but not required, ex. Education):
Communicate their analytic findings in written assessments, formal analytic notes, briefings with graphics, written inputs to designated intelligence products or responses to RFIs, and informal verbal briefings and participation in working groups, conferences, and one-on-one sessions with consumers of intelligence and CI information.
Maintain collaborative contact with their counterparts in the Army CI community concerning their analytic efforts and findings to ensure all threats to the Army and DoD are addressed.
Experience with Microsoft applications to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Physical Requirements:
Most work will be done at a desk or computer.
Work Environment:
General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.
Equipment & Machines:
General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.
Attendance:
Attendance is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.
