As a Design Project Architect working as part of the New England team, you’ll support clients across the world to include projects that span from confidential clients in the financial sector, corporate space, core and shell laboratory, higher education and more. Your design skills and creativity will prove imperative when communicating and working with the client to exceed their expectations.

You will be most successful if you embrace their team and our team of Architects and Engineers as a collaborative unit. They will face a myriad of issues and lean on you for expert advice as you steer them through providing sound solutions and strategy.

Here’s What You’ll Need:• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an NCARB accredited program
• Architecture Registration
• Responsible for ensuring the overall design intent of the project is incorporated into the detailed documentation.
Monitors the design process from conceptual phase through construction administration, ensuring the design idea is properly executed.
• Demonstrated program experience in the usage of Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite or Bluebeam
• Expertise with building and zoning codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
• Experience with all phases of a building project
• Experience with BIM coordination and quality checking program for multidiscipline projects
• Experience working on proposals, support Project Manager in development of scope
• Strong organization, leadership, written and verbal communication
• Experience with direct client contact and full responsibility for architecture on projects
• Ability to travel to project sites in New England.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• Masters in Architecture
• Participation in professional organizations
• LEED AP Credentials
