Jacobs has an exciting opportunity for a Land Project Manager to be working for one of our large clients. In this role, you will manage land surveys, oversee easement acquisition, track land right reviews and consult with the client. You will also provide effective, skilled project management to help our team deliver projects in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Working directly with the client,
- Assist ROW Agents with property owner negotiations,
- Oversee land acquisition document preparation,
- Track land surveys and survey creation,
- Maintaining project files, database management, and responding to public inquiries.

Here’s What You’ll Need:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architectural or Construction
- 10 years’ experience in easement acquisitions
- Ability to review land surveys and land rights documents
- Working knowledge of local and state laws related to property acquisition
- Proven experience in the negotiation and acquisition of utility easements and land parcels
- Capable of working independently and interfacing with property owners and design engineers.
