We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Healthcare Construction Senior Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client's project site, you'll be responsible for managing our project team working alongside Owner’s staff, you’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll manage and provide project leadership and management and oversight of the large healthcare program and resolve complex project related issues, disputes, and disagreements.
As the onsite Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of the project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team. Your role keeps our company connected and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.
Here’s What You’ll Need:- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture
- 15 years of healthcare facility construction project management experience on projects of $200 million
- Experience as an Owner’s Rep during the design phase on healthcare facility construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
- Ability to work onsite during the week at client site. Relocation assistance provided
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification preferred
