Your Impact:
Lead and grow a business area developing and providing ground and airborne RF Hardware Solutions for the Intelligence Community.
The Program Director (Business Area Manager) leads a team of project managers and program managers to execute an existing portfolio of programs and also grows the business area. The program director will develop and execute a strategic growth plan under the direction of the Division Director. The program director will coordinate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technical capabilities, resource needs, and work forecasts required for the success of the business area for both execution and growth are communicated.
- Manage a portfolio of programs to meeting annual revenue and NOP targets.
- Execute a sales strategy and opportunity capture plans to meet business growth goals.
- Lead and manage the client relationships across the business area.
- Communicate regularly with other groups within the division to provide insight into the client requirements, client technical roadmaps, and capabilities required to successfully execute and grow the business.
- Lead and mentor project managers.
- Perform as the Program Manager on technical development and production programs as necessary.
- Manage external partners in the execution of project work.
- Ensure project execution meets technical, schedule and budget goals.

Here’s what you’ll need:
- BS in Engineering or equivalent experience and training in the development and production of electronic systems.
- Project Management Professional Certification desired.
- 10 years of experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams designing and building electronic systems.
- 10 years of experience performing work for US Intelligence Agencies supporting ISR missions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience preparing briefings and presentations for the Government and senior personnel.
- Strong project management skills including cost management, resource planning and management, risk planning and management, schedule management, and knowledge of the earned value management process.
- Motivational and Inspirational leadership skills along with the ability to develop, communicate, and execute a vision, strategy, and business plan aligned to the Division vision, strategy, and business plan.
