We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC on a K-12 program. You’ll have the opportunity to use your vast experience in the industry and apply it to solving today’s challenges.
As a leading member of our team, you’ll lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil.
As the Project Manager, you’ll play an integral role in mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with clients, and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.

Here’s what you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management areas
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or related fields and at least 2 years as project manager
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
