Your Impact:
Job Description: Works independently or with a team to support testing of US Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) communication systems for the US Army Electronic Proving Ground. Employee will provide Test and Evaluation inputs to test plans, procedures, and reporting. Employee must be able to travel to various locations throughout the United States to support a variety of C4I testing missions. Employee will work alone or with other groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests results for products, systems, components, or modifications. This includes analysis of test cases and providing regular progress reports. Employee will assist in identifying functional problems and provide recommendations for resolution. Employee may also assist in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Must be able to self-manage with the ability to work in a team environment and/or lead cross functional teams as required.
- Must have demonstrated ability to work independently, on tight schedules, and still provide high quality work
- Advanced Oral and Written communication skills.
- Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Must have assertiveness and ability to work independently and excel in a cross-functional team environment as well as internal and external customers.
Required Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Physical Requirements | |||||||
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required. | |||||||

Attendance Attendance “on site” is considered essential, except for, STD/LTD/FMLA & approved time off. Regular hours will be between Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. This is a 9/80 work schedule allowing for every other Friday off. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours and workdays to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements. May be required to work long and unusual hours based on business needs. | |||||||
