Description
The Contractor leads Training Environment Support Services Group. Responsible to provide immediate support to New Equipment Training / Doctrine and Tactics Training (NET / DTT) missions and Institutional Training missions.
As an extension of NET / DTT, support to home-station training missions throughout transition to unit management. Responsible for monitoring and issue management of Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) in support of NET / DTT training development and execution.
Conducts task management for the training environment, which includes operations monitoring, information assurance compliance monitoring, enabling new or existing users with credentialed access and capture and tracking through resolution of reported issues.
Coordination with AIDP training community, DCD and ICoE staff to resolve the problems affecting the overall training activities of the element.
The Contractor shall :
a)Serves as the primary systems functional expert for the AIDP / TESS capability. Provides the functional advice to the designated AIDP Training Environment (TE) Team.
Leadto support training operations and integration of the platform into training constructs across the Army. Responsible for advising Stakeholders of new technologies / capabilities being integrated into the AIDP system and sets the conditions and criteria for success of all NSTID requirements.
Provides technical consultation to the AIDP Information System Owner (ISO) as a spoke of the platform and applicable vendor support to resolve technically complex and vague problem sets for changes affecting the Army in the CONUS or OCONUS for training mission support.
Attend meetings regarding AIDP, provides recommendations and reports findings to NSTID. Develops recommended technical courses of action for the AIDP training Operations global customer base through detailed research.
Provides feedback and lessons learned from training events to DOTD, USAICoE. Recommends resource decisions which directly affect the level of effort and training outcomes of the USAICoE training mission.
Identifies need for changes in priorities and recommends action to implement such changes. Reviews AIDP capability proposals for impacts to approved NET / DTT Training Support Package (TSP) and provides recommendations for comments on the variety, volume, velocity, and veracity of proposed changes to AIDP and the effects on our training development process.
b)Design, Planning, and Modernization Provides recommendations to the Directorate government representative for AIDP Cloud and future capability training design planning and maintains understanding on all current and objective (future) AIDP system capabilities and their criticality to training outcomes.
Ensures that there is no critical mission loss or degradation of training capability across institutional NET / DTT training efforts.
Understands and stays current on new and emerging AIDP application features (vendor roadmap), software problems reports and user feature requests to provide recommendations for the development of future technical direction, and standards for the AIDP.
Provides awareness and platform guidance to NSTID fielding teams to ensure training mission capabilities are modernized in accordance with command and platform priorities.
Recommends changes to training to improve intelligence training effectiveness and / or efficiency.
c)Manages, protects, and provides maintenance guidance for all automation and network assets assigned to TESS. Captures frequently asked questions to inform workflow automation efforts and training refinement.
Plans coordinates, reviews and provides guidance to HTASC TESS team membersassigned to NSTID. Develops and delivers briefings to a variety of audiences from the very technical to the highly administrative.
Attends technical reviews for the AIDP Configuration Control Board (CCB) and participates in the AIDP NET / DTT CCB.

3.12 Basic Qualifications for All Fusion 35F All Source Analyst Training Specialists for Training Environment Support Services (TESS)
a) TOP SECRET clearance with access to SCI
b) Experience with Intelligence Preparation of the Operating Environment (IPOE), Military Symbology, the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), briefings, analytical writing, Targeting, experience operating current automated Intelligence Information Processing Systems, and operating Distributed Common Ground System Army (DCGS-A) Portable Multifunction Workstation (P-MFWS), Capability Drop 1 (CD-1) and Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP)
c) Experience with development and operational testing of AIDP
d) Experience with managing the AIDP Training Environment
e) Experience with AIDP data integrations and Training Enablers (IEWTPT)
f) Experience with Intelligence and Data Architecture
g) Able to obtain NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS accounts
h) Able to obtain a valid U.S. Passport and International Driver’s License
3.12.1Qualifications for Expert All Source Analyst Training Specialists (TESS)
i) Eight years of applicable experience (six additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree), six years of which is experience as an All Source Intelligence Analyst or their comparable Area of Concentration for Enlisted, Warrant Officers, or Officers from the Army, Air Force, Space Force, Navy, or Marine Corps, two years of which is experience is in training development using the ADDIE process (preferred);
j) Instructor certified meeting TRADOC standards with NET / DTT experience preferred, especially delivering training for new systems
