Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, experienced Remodeling contractor who is reliable and self sufficient to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of remodeling, including:
bathroom remodels
kitchen remodels
room remodels
Basement finishing
drywall repairs and installation
lvp flooring
plumbing
electrical
doors
interior painting
framing and finish carpentry
drop ceilings
This Position is for a 1099 Contractor. You’ll be expected to have your own general liability insurance and sign an independent contractor agreement. You’re expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner, be reliable when committing to jobs and take pride in your work.
You will be paid weekly as a contractor.
This is a long term permanent position with year round work. There is no opportunity for unemployment or workers comp/ health insurance.
Must have own tools and work truck/van well maintained, free of major dust or damage.
You must be a self starter, show up on time and able to work unsupervised for periods of time.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
