DAVIS is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator who will be responsible for maintaining a successful market position for DAVIS through the development, coordination, and maintenance of DAVIS’ Integrated Marketing Communications Strategy.
This role ensures effective communication and brand compliance and fosters seamless collaboration across all departments.
HERE’S WHAT YOU GET TO DO :
- Contribute to the marketing content development process by researching, writing and distributing engaging news about DAVIS projects, accomplishments, and personnel
- Coordinate social media content calendar and strategy execution
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining DAVIS’ website and intranet with engaging content that resonates with DAVIS employees, clients, and peers
- Coordinate external media monitoring and tracking (including paid, earned, owned and shared media)
- Coordinate tracking and assist in the development of strategic award submissions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist with maximizing each department’s communication efforts
HERE’S WHO YOU ARE : (REQUIRED)
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in a marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
- Experience working on multiple tasks independently with the ability to manage time through organization and prioritization
- Ability to occasionally work a flexible schedule to accommodate attendance of events outside of traditional business hours
