Marketing Associate

Industry City seeks a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and demonstrate strong writing abilities.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2 years of relevant experience in digital or traditional marketing roles.
• Active, engaged project manager enthusiastic about supporting the continued growth of Industry City.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to meet deadlines, accomplish work in order of priority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) & Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator), and WordPress.
• Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build and manage relationships.
• Can-do attitude and thrive when taking on new challenges.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Coordinate the delivery of projects and associated marketing materials (Advertisement Assets, Signage, Presentation et) – via Adobe Indesign Illustrator.
• Engage with vendors (graphic designers, renderers, photographers, videographers other freelancers) on leasing related collateral development and creative projects.
• Develop new collateral and content for digital platforms (WordPress, custom built CMS, white label platforms).
• Update and monitor the operation and future development of the website and tenant mobile app.
• Manage IC Tenant directory and make appropriate web updates as needed.
• Uphold and implement corporate creative standards when creating new content and working with external creatives.
• Special projects and research as required.
• Responsibilities may require a varied work schedule to meet deadlines or attend special events, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Base salary for this role is expected to be between $65,000-75,000.
