Position Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join the Jani-King of Hartford, Inc. team! We need someone who can support and train our franchisees, as well as provide top-notch customer service to our clients.
As an Operations Manager, you'll be overseeing cleaning projects with staffing levels of over 140 people, scheduling daily cleaning tasks and year-round project work, and participating in meetings with the client's executive level personnel. You'll also perform daily inspections to ensure quality control.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be a problem solver and have excellent leadership abilities. Supervisory experience is a must, and previous experience in a similar position would be a big plus! You should also be able to react quickly to changing situations and be extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to give written feedback and action plans.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and leadership abilities
- 2-3 years Supervisory experience (experience in similar position would be a plus)
- Ability to react quickly to changing situations
- STRONG attention to detail with the ability to give written feedback and action plan
- Proactive in dealing with a high value customer
- Must have the ability to oversee cleaning projects with staffing levels of over a hundred and forty people
- Must be a well-organized self-starter
