Job Title: Operations Manager
Duties:
- Drive to our various clients (within 1-hour radius of Dayton, Ohio) and inspect their facilities to ensure cleanliness
-Speak with our various clients to ensure customer satisfaction
-Maintain contact with our cleaning franchises to help provide them to guidance and the tools to succeed
-Maintain open & clear communication between the home office, the franchisees, and the clients
-Complete paperwork associated with our clients, accounting, payroll, and billing department
-Perform other operations-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
-Ability to type efficiently (30 words per minute)
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and E-Mail
