As a Private Client Associate you will play an integral role in the success of the Janney branch. You will assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships, working closely with our Janney Financial Advisors ( FAs ) to enhance the client experience and grow their business.
You will help develop and maintain client relationships by organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns.You will be the point person for all client account service, and to help clients login and learn to use the Online Access tools to view their account information online.
Yourprimary focus is to maintain a professional and organized environment that allowsthe advisor to devote their full attention to their clients and their investment andwealth planning needs.
What you are good atCustomer Service
Demonstrating the ability to build and foster strong client relationships through service; Able to follow up on time sensitive issues with all home office departmentsCommunication
Providing excellent telephone service to clients and potential clients, including prompt, accurate, and timely attention to detail.
Able to compose effective client correspondence in accordance with established policies and proceduresInitiative
Proactively utilizing available technology and tools to support efficient and effective time management; Able to assist FAs in organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns;
Knowledgeable, in accordance with established policies, of all firm technology necessary to provide quick responses to FA and client inquiries.Building Relationships
Connecting with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships; Able to anticipate potential issues and / or problems and alert respective FA and / or Branch Management as necessary.
Responsibilities include : Handling day-to-day administration of accounts.
This includes but is not limited to opening new accounts, updating existing account information, managing cash and account transfers, and following up on account paperworkAnswering questions regarding statements and other service related itemsEntering data for financial plansWorking with our back office and outside providers to service accountsWhat you haveRequirements : Prior office experience preferred but not requiredSeries 7, 63 and 65, or 66 preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hireProficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAble to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environmentStrong attention to detailAble to work effectively as part of a teamHigh ethical standardsWhy work for us?
