What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Scheduler position at Jarrett Ford Automotive Group (Winter Haven)?
Job Description
The service scheduler will be the first person to answer the phone and greet our customers when they call the service department here at Jarrett Gordon Ford . With this position persons will need to be able to sit for extended periods of time behind a desk and answer phones in a professional and respectable manner. Also will need to work alongside advisors to schedule and fill the appointment roster for each given day. The position will be Monday through Friday from 7am till 4 pm .
