Part Time Employment Opportunity **Office Help Needed** Job description Here's what we are looking for: An Organized, Efficient, Independent and self-motivated Individual with: Excellent Phone skills. Personable, Polite, Fun Punctual. Computer Knowledge: Needs to be very computer literate. Internet, Microsoft Word, We will train on our personal database software Manager Sal which is an event scheduling and booking program that includes Accounts payable and receivable. Need Accurate Typing Data Entry Skills be very detailed oriented. Need to be very accurate and precise. Knowledge of Washington DC / Baltimore metro area helpful but not necessary. This is a 1099-Subcontractor position which means you receive a 1099 at the end of the year and you are responsible for all your own taxes and insurances. Hours needed: 21-24 hours per week, 3 days a week, Mon. Wed. Friday or Tues. Wed. Friday 9-5pm or 9:30-5pm or 10-5pm Office office attire is very casual. {We do not meet face to face with clients.} This is a contract position and would like a commitment until Dec. 15.
