What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Shop Lead position at Jasper Holdings Inc.?
D&W is looking for a strong candidate with supervisory skills and the ability to develop processes to lead the cleaning processes in our remanufacturing facility.
We are looking for a candidate with the ability and experience needed to:
Supervise and support a department of ten technicians
Develop and implement training for staff on equipment and procedures
Coordinate the flow of products through the department
Insure all work leaving the department meets quality standards
Document standard operating procedures for all equipment and processes
Maintain an upbeat and safe work environment
Desired Qualifications:
Prior knowledge of manufacturing principles
5 years prior experience working in a leadership role or combined experience and technical degree
Familiarity with mechanical principles
Effective communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of business
Ability to assign work and direct a team
A desire to learn and become extremely knowledgeable on cleaning technologies
