Job Posting for In-Home Coordinator/RN - Walker Outpatient - Full Time at Jasper Outpatient Center

Maintaining home-based services by a treatment team to serve adult individuals who refuse other outpatient services and/or who need temporary additional support due to increased symptoms or transition from a more intensive level of service. Defuse an immediate crisis situation by stabilizing the living arrangement. Prevent the client's out-of-home placement. Administer oral and/or injectable medications as directed by your physician or nurse practitioner. Ensure program specific policies and procedures are implemented in accordance with state standards and NWAMHC policies.

Requirements: A current/valid RN nursing license, LPC, or LCSW. Will accept new grad. Must have a current/valid Drivers License. Will drive on behalf of the center, to meet driving qualifications, you must be a minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record. Experience in word processing, Excel, and typing at 40 wpm. 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM Pay: Will discuss during interview. Location:  1100 7th Avenue Jasper, Alabama 35501.
