What You Will Do:
- Work in partnership with the Healthcare Coordinator to provide superior health care services and red carpet hospitality
- Complete assessments and write service plans for current and prospective residents
- Responsible for Electronic Health Record review and compliance
- Communicate with primary care provider, resident, and POAs
- Document residents’ health concerns/updates in Nurse’s Notes
- Assist with delegation and document tasks according to the healthcare manual and the Nurse Practice Act.
- Be responsible for overseeing all medication reminders and administration
- Carry your own personal professional liability insurance
Why You Are Qualified:
- RN – Registered Nurse in good standing
- CPR certification
