Team Engagement Cultivator

Overview

As a Team Engagement Cultivator, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a vibrant and inclusive workplace. You will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that boost team morale, promote collaboration, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative engagement strategies that align with company values and culture.
• Organize and coordinate team-building events, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and promote company culture.
• Facilitate and oversee internal recognition programs that celebrate employee milestones, achievements, and contributions.
• Manage internal communication channels to ensure employees are informed and engaged with company news and events.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to gather feedback through surveys, suggestion boxes, and social platforms to identify areas of improvement.
• Analyze engagement metrics and provide reports on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
• Advocate for employee needs and act as a liaison between staff and management to foster a positive work environment.
• Support onboarding processes by helping new hires integrate into the company culture.
• Coordinate with different departments to support their specific engagement needs and ensure a cohesive team atmosphere across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in employee engagement and propose innovative ideas to keep our programs fresh and effective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Direct experience will also be considered in lieu of, or in conjunction with, education.
• Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on employee engagement, culture building, or event management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage diverse groups of people.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing a positive work environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with ERP systems and engagement platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when necessary to accommodate events and activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
