Attorney - Workers Compensation focused
NOT a remote position.
Typical Duties:
· Conduct legal research and analysis to support defense strategies in Workers’ Compensation cases, including reviewing medical records, statutes, and case law.
· Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and negotiations, advocating effectively on behalf of the firm's interests while providing comprehensive legal counsel.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure efficient case management, document preparation, and adherence to deadlines and procedural requirements.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years handling Workers’ Compensation cases with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong knowledge and expertise in the litigation process, outstanding client service, and the ability to conduct legal research and analysis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
