Under routine supervision, this position will primarily assist compiling and analyzing financial information for the Maintenance department. Responsibilities will involve supporting senior management business decisions through financial and business analysis.Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with analysis and review of the organization's financial performance by collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial and statistical data
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
- Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Reviewing accruals on rental and lease purchase orders, expenses related to lease cars, cost centers and invoice charges
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Business Finance, or related field
- or suitable combination of education, experience, and training in a related field
- or 1-3 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Computer systems
- Ability to exercise discretion
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult individuals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in SQL
- Experience with data analytics
- Proficient in Excel and Access
- Knowledge of small vehicle maintenance
