RPA ANALYST
This opportunity is for a RPA Analyst to join our Corporate IT team. This position is responsible for proactive maintenance, monitoring, reporting, migration and general trouble shooting of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) objects.
Responsibilities:
- Understand how the RPA tool works (Automation Anywhere).
- Provide support to the business users in identifying processes that can be automated.
- Provide support to the application in production.
- Communicate with the business units on the progress and status of various RPA projects
- Train business unit users with RPA programming.
- Enable business units to identify processes that can be automated.
- Help business units to prioritize their projects
- Help business units in identifying the ROI on their automation projects
- Create or maintain end user training material and product documentation
- Provide end user training and support implementation of product changes
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have hands-on experience with using Microsoft office tools.
- Must have the ability to work with simple programming logic.
- A self-starter and have the ability to deliver
- Participate in process document creation and interact with the business unit teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relational skills required.
- Understanding of common software failures and faults
- Knowledge of the systems or applications-under-test
- Must be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly.
- Must be a strong team player.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
- As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements.
- Ability to work independently with little direction/supervision.
- Any prior experience with IT tools
- Must have hand on experience in working with SAP.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $63,000-$80,000; and
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
