Responsibilities
This Apprenticeship program will be located at the Greeley Corporate Headquarters.
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in states where it is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for any given position, compensation ranges are specific to those states and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.

Responsibilities
- Will provide support to the International Logistics department.
- Assist in the generation of export documentation to ensure timely customs clearance, including the shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, insurance, Jalal Certificates, certificate of origins, beneficiary certificates, and sight drafts.
- Submit shipping instructions to the ocean carriers for each export booking.
- Ensure calculations relating to weights, currency, and metric conversions are accurate.
- Review and update country requirements regularly.
- Monitor containers throughout inland and ocean voyages.
- Make recommendations to the logistics team for steamship line carriers, inland trucking/dray carriers, and transload facilities based off of costs and availability.
- Daily crisis management and assisting with rescheduling shipments, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
