Export Billing Coordinator
Full Time
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 4:30pm
The Export Billing Coordinator will be responsible for preparing export documents for loads going to other countries. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
Skills and Experience:
Ability to read and write in English
Strong computer skills
Organizational Skills
Ability to perform assigned tasks without direct supervision
Ability to communicate effectively under stress
Excellent communication skills with the shipping and security departments as well as with the drivers that are picking up loads
Attention to detail
Professional attitude
Ability to learn Shopfloor System and ECS
Act with urgency to resolve problems that may arise
Reliability
Education:
Minimum High School diploma
