Job Summary:
The individual is responsible for calling, scheduling and conducting interviews with applicants.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Have copies of all documents needed for applicants (Legible)Applications, Job Offers, Medical.
* Have PPE ready for applicants (Hairnets, earplugs, bump caps.)
* Print list of all applicant’s schedule for interviews.
* Have all applications schedule printed and organized/ Scoring Tool/Jobvite/ZELG
* Print all new Jobvite applications/ Enter in scoring tool
* Send EZ Text to all show applicants
* Disposition all daily applications into Jobvite (ALL)
* File all applications at the end of the day.
* Schedule maintenance interviews , send resume based on shift preference to supervisor.
* Attend Job Fairs
* Help with Employee Engagement activities when needed.
MINIMUN QUALIFICATION S
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attendance
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail.
• Organized.
• Computer skills. (Microsoft office)
• Time management.
• Proactive.
