General Duties
- Coordinate efforts of contractors involved with finishing construction of new or redesigned areas for plant facility while managing projects being on time, on budget and to specification
- L ead efforts pertaining to design ing, planning and developing the layout of special projects
- Obtain competitive bids for future projects.
- Assign necessary personnel to designated areas for completion of projects.
- Arrange to have appropriate records prepared and maintained.
- Attend meetings as needed or called.
- Frequent communication with maintenance, purchasing, production, storeroom, and other departments invo lved with any aspect of projects.
- Perform various other duties as needed or assigned.
- Establishing budget for Capital Planning
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Previous Experience in construction, mechanical contract work, or any building trades.
- Computer Skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, and CAD drafting programs.
- SAP Experience Preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and coordinate large projects.
- Ability to work in areas with exposure to slippery floors, extreme temperature variations, loud noise, chemicals, sharp objects (knives), machinery, and vehicles
- Work 40 hours per week in office and plant facilities.
