Training Clerk Job Description
The Training Clerk will be responsible for providing assistance to the training department as directed by the Training and Development Manager.

Training Clerk Job Description
The Training Clerk will be responsible for providing assistance to the training department as directed by the Training and Development Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels
- Answering phones, and responding to emails;
- Generate weekly reports through Alchemy and Hash data systems
- Track non annual training completion
- Accurate data entry and updating Excel tracking spreadsheets
- Control and distribute Training Forms, Machine Specific, and JSA documents
- Review training documents
- Filing and organizing all related training documents
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Manager and distribute recognition items
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly
- Daily Kronos
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Associated degree Office Administration or related field.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) Not required, but preferred
- Knowledge of general safety policies and procedures in addition to plant processes.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid time off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): eligible after 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule
- Base pay is $24.75/hr.
