Supply Chain and Production Assistant - Jewelry

We are wholesaler and distributor of Fine/Bridge Jewelry Company who specialized in supporting brands under the Major TV Shopping Channels and Department Stores. We has opening for Production Assistant position in New York City. We’re looking for a self-directed, highly-motivated individual to join our team and help us excel in this exciting industry. The job description includes (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:

· Create and update Product SKU and BOM Components(Metal, Stones breakdown)

· Process Vendor Purchase Orders in finished Jewelry, Loose stones and Job Bag creation

· Process and Review the First Piece QA Samples in compliance to Protocol requirement

· Monitor Order progress tracking and QA submission timeline to avoid late chargeback

· Supporting Shipping/Receiving Team on ad hoc projects

· Process RTV, Repair and Vendor Chargebacks

· Office and administration tasks including filing, book-keeping as well as managing day to day office work

· Assist Production Manager with urgent and/or ad hoc projects

Requirements for the position include:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in A/R and A/P Experience

· Experience in

· Knowledge on Quickbook on AR, AP

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel,Outlook and common computer skills.

· Solid verbal and written communicatons skills

· Thorough attention to detail

· BA or similar professional degree or certification preferred

· Detail oriented with solid ability to handle multiple projects at once

· Must be self-directed and highly-motivated and require little direct supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
