JD McCormick Company, LLC is currently seeking a full-time Property Manager for our Delafield and Hartland properties.
Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to; day to day resident relations, answering the phone, rent collection, marketing apartments, scheduling, showing and leasing apartments, resident retention, managing a maintenance staff, handling resident correspondence and postings.
An ideal candidate should have; property management experience, a determination to provide great customer service, proficient computers skills, a strong personality, the ability to handle stressful situations, and the ability to multi-task and be organized. Office experience required.
Compensation is based on related experience.
