We have immediate opportunities for experienced IT Recruiters to join our team. Positions are full-time, salaried jobs with great benefits & commissions. Work is remote, but our corporate office is in Midtown, which we hope you'll visit from time to time.
Primary Accountabilities:
· Recruiting Microsoft Infrastructure Engineers & Consultants for Managed Service, Permanent Placement & Staff Aug roles
· Using your expertise to recruit & place top talent, leveraging job boards, social media, cold calls, web searches, referrals etc.
· Manage candidates through multi-stage interview process
· Maintaining accurate records via ATS
· Maintain & enhance your recruiting skills
· Willingness to roll up your sleeves, work hard & be scrappy!
The Experience you need to excel in the role:
· 3 years of IT / Technical Recruiting, managed service work a
· Successfully managing multiple open requirements (nationally)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & prioritize accordingly
· Innate desire to go deep into relevant technologies, i.e., how technology works as an enabler
· Sense of urgency in filling open positions
· Salary negotiation & the ability to learn & sell the value proposition of JDA TSG
· A professional social networking presence
