What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief of Staff position at Jebbit?
Jebbit is poised for a year of growth unlike anything we’ve seen before. Our CEO needs a right-hand teammate in order to fully capitalize on the opportunity ahead. That’s where you come in!
We are looking to hire a Chief of Staff to the CEO. This person will be a crucial supporting teammate to the CEO, striving to multiply his efficiency and effectiveness across the full range of his responsibilities and priorities. We’re talking everything from calendar and email management to spearheading cross departmental initiatives and company goal setting.
This job requires hard work. But in return, you’ll get an all-access pass to learn from some of the best leaders MarTech has to offer. You will graduate from the position ready to serve as a strategic leader in any number of roles within Jebbit. (We find that after about 18 months in the role, our Chief of Staff is ready to take their acquired knowledge and apply it as a rock star elsewhere in the organization… We can’t wait to discover together where you’d like to make your mark next).

- You are game to embrace a flexible and changing work schedule that often falls outside of 9-5 pm. (Before this one spooks you, please read the note below for more context)
And do you have these experiences under your belt?
- Prior experience in a high growth startup (and can point to the tangible impact of your contributions)
- 2 years experience in business strategy and/or corporate project management
- 2 years experience supporting C-level leader(s)

Compensation & Benefits:
Jebbit offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with anticipated duties and responsibilities. The Chief of Staff may also be offered a bonus structure based on performance relative to personal and/or team goals. Benefits include flexible vacation, mental health days, 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 12 weeks paid parental leave, and wellness stipend.
