Job Summary:

The Community Manager is the vital link connecting Jeeter to the budtenders and community in your state. This position involves overseeing the planning, budgeting, and seamless execution of Jeeter University educations, Social Hours and events, ensuring that every touchpoint meets Jeeter's high standards. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining clear communication, managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and collaborating with the product development team to keep the local team updated on the latest products. Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for individual Jeeter University educations and events and social hours, ensuring smooth execution.

· Lead the planning and coordination of all Jeeter University educations and events in the state, overseeing budget tracking, and ensuring successful execution.

· Lead all social Hours and hybrid hours

Duties/Responsibilities:

Jeeter University Education, Social Hours and Event Management & Coordination:

· Organize and oversee budtender social hours, awards, giveaways, and exclusive apparel offerings to foster brand loyalty and engage the budtender community.

· Develop marketing materials, booklets, and specific links for Jeeter University materials.

· Monitor market trends to anticipate and plan suitable events accordingly.

· Oversee the execution of all budtender initiatives in the state, including tracking and managing costs related to Jeeter University events, with a focus on operational efficiency.

· Develop and oversee budgets for all Jeeter University initiatives in the state, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.

Education and Product Development Collaboration:

· Collaborate with the product development team monthly to stay educated on current and new products.

· Play a crucial role in creating education initiatives in the state, ensuring that the local team is up to the most recent standard of products.

Budtender Ambassador

· Develop and oversee state-specific budtender VIP initiatives. Recruit dedicated advocates from every dispensary to participate in our community.

Documentation, Informational Oversight & Reporting:

· Contribute to a range of SOPs, including both general and event-specific ensuring consistency and efficiency.

· Collaborate on refining and updating informational documents for Jeeter University to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Survey and Initiative Management:

· Actively manage and create surveys for various budtender campaigns in the state, ensuring effective data collection.

Budgeting and Planning:

· Collaborate with the broader Jeeter University team to align budgeting and planning with organizational goals.

Collaborative Aspects:

· This role involves close collaboration with the broader Jeeter University team, product development, and education initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, effective budgeting, and successful execution of all budtender initiatives across the state.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Must be 21 years or older

· Strong understanding of both wholesale and retail marketing strategy

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of business savvy

· Strong computer skills (setting up systems within the department using software like Asana, Microsoft, excel etc)

· Ability to adapt plans in a rapidly changing business environment

· Top notch organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize (and reprioritize) tasks in real time

Education and Experience:

· 4 years experience in team management

· 4 years experience in marketing programs, campaigns and events

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field - preferred

Physical Requirements:

· Must be willing to travel to different locations weekly

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
