PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Primary liaison with University Marketing for the digital content of the Jefferson College of Nursing, including daily digital operations and processes, special projects/events, market research, reporting/evaluation activities, and collaborative efforts. Manages the digital environment to support announcements, outreach, innovation, and other strategic initiatives of the Jefferson College of Nursing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develops, oversees, and manages the digital communication vehicle deployment and content library of the website, social media channels, newsletter, annual report, external sponsorships, and other relevant communication products.
- Identifies, collects, and communicates JCN news-related stories across the Dean’s Suite, Academic Affairs, Office of Research and Innovation, Academic Technology and Design, and Academic Practice Integration.
- Organizes and oversees selected JCN external and internal announcements for faculty, staff, students, and alumni.
- Manages and facilitates Corporate Marketing processes and protocol for JCN news distribution and graphic design management.
- Oversees and evaluates faculty and student news and updates to make sure that they align with the JCN mission, vision, and values.
- Serves as the JCN photographer, videographer, and editor to manage the visual portion of the content library and facilitate efficient distribution to all relevant digital channels.
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
