As an Inclusion Coach, you will assist the School Readiness Coach with modifying the curriculum and lesson plans to meet individual child's needs, completing ongoing assessments, and support children's growth and development through quality learning experiences. Job Duties:
- The Assistant Teacher will integrate High Scope Curriculum into daily practice
- The Assistant Teacher will prepare the classroom environment to support developmentally appropriate practices
- The Assistant Teacher will help plan and participate in family activity events
- The Assistant Teacher will support the role of families as the first and primary teachers of their children
- The Assistant Teacher will attend and participate in training and professional development
- The Assistant Teacher will ensure all federal, local, state and/or agency documentation is completed accurately
- The Assistant Teacher will maintain a clean and sanitary environment
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a closely related field with a minimum of 9 ECE credits.
- Work and/or field experience in early childhood.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
