Full time HR Coordinator position at Einstein Philadelphia campus
Works in partnership with the Human Resources Service Specialist to provide high quality support and service to customer departments.
Responsible for the efficient operation of Human Resources Office(s) by providing day-to-day administrative support and maintaining an orderly office environment.
This includes but not limited to greeting visitors in a polite and professional manner, responding timely to all requests, routine inquiries, and problems/concerns until a satisfactory resolution is reached, and supply inventory management.
Triages and elevates all concerns or complex issues to HRSS as appropriate.
Maintains and ensures the accuracy of all new hire electronic and paper files as required by Network and Regulatory policies within appropriate timeframe.
Provides support during regulatory surveys as directed.
Knowledgeable, understands, and interprets FMLA and PLOA laws, policies, and processes.
Promotes all benefits and health & wellness polices and initiatives.
Manages tuition reimbursement process.
Has solid knowledge in use of all HR related systems (PRISM, PeopleFluent. Etc.).
Participates in HR projects as assigned.
High school graduate or equivalent required.
At least two years’ experience in Human Resources Department or equivalent in education required.
Strong working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and e-mail required.
Excellent customer service and oral communication skills necessary with the ability to interact with all levels of staff required.
Ability to organize and coordinate a multi-task and fast-paced environment required.
