The role of Recruitment Resourcer is to find and attract top technical
talent within the digital marketing sector. This role will work
alongside the Recruitment Manager and assist in the recruiting
activity on a global scale.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with both passive and
active technical candidates within the digital marketing sector.
Obtain a strong and in-depth understanding of the technical
requirements of the individual teams at Jellyfish in order to fully
pre-screen and qualify suitable candidates.
Actively recruit for current vacancies as well as establish strong
talent pools and facilitate a sufficient pipeline for Jellyfish’s
ambitious growth plans.
Provide ongoing support to Recruitment team, focusing on US open
roles but also supporting Global Teams as well.
Keep up to date with current innovative recruitment techniques in
order for Jellyfish to stay competitive in the market place.
Establish strong relationships with hiring managers as well as
closely with the HR team.
Knowledge & Experience
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience of working in a technical recruitment role either within
a recruitment agency or in house role.
Experience with using resourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Job
boards.
Experience of successfully managing a high volume of positions.
A working knowledge of digital marketing and the services that
Jellyfish offer

Possesses strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and
listening skills
Ability to multi-task in a face-paced, responsive, working
environment
