What Will You Do?As The Patient Access Manager, You'll Play a Vital Role In Daily Operations And Serve As The Liaison Between The Shared Service Center (SSC) And The Facility. Your Responsibilities Include:
Implementing Model AIDET guidelines in all patient interactions and ensuring adherence to patient experience expectations.
Overseeing patient registration functions, ensuring minimal wait times, and promptly addressing patient complaints.
Supervising and maintaining employee productivity, conducting staff meetings, and providing in-services.
Managing departmental operations, including budgeting and staffing.
Assuming on-call responsibilities to ensure adequate staffing and problem-solving.
What Will You Need?
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
Minimum three years' experience in Patient Access in an acute care setting.
Clinical Managers/Practice Managers with at least two years of experience will be considered.
