Jensen Hughes is seeking a Graphic and Production Designer to join their team. The Sr. Specialist will support Jensen Hughes Sr. Graphic Designers and, in collaboration with team leadership, is responsible for bringing our brand to life, both internally and externally through creating, maintaining and refining creative assets. These assets will include everything from sales and marketing collateral to video and social media graphics. This person will be able to think strategically while adhering to brand style guides and ensuring deliverables meet project objectives, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities
- Fulfills production design tasks included but not limited to finding, downloading, formatting and saving new digital assets such as photos, icons and illustrations, to the company asset library.
- Supports the marketing team and company stakeholders to bring go-to-market campaigns to life through creative assets
- Supports the production of compelling and high-quality creative assets, presentations and marketing communication materials to effectively position the brand and company services/offerings, internally and externally
- Ensures corporate identity compliance, high-quality photographs and accurate content. Maintains graphic consistency throughout the draft, editorial and production phases of all deliverables.
- Continually improves and demonstrates best practices to peers, internal clients and organization
- Strong interpersonal skills mandatory; must be able to work closely and effectively with stakeholders of all levels
- Is motivated to understand global cultures, markets and be able to advise teams across the Jensen Hughes world
- Develops deep understanding of Jensen Hughes business priorities
- Utilize marketing platforms to plan, execute and monitor workload, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 Products (Teams, Egynte, Planner, Lists) SmartSheet, Brandfolder, Getty Images, Act-On.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 5 years of graphic experience in either similar industry and/or Agency
- Experience conceptualizing and creating multimedia assets, such as video, corporate presentations and infographics
- Outstanding creative talent defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts with attention to detail, accuracy and content
- Prior experience with engineering or consulting firm preferred, but not essential
- Previous Agency experience preferred, but not essential
- Photography experience a plus
- Must be comfortable in a PC format.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Express)
- Experience with Adobe Premier Pro/Premier Rush a plus
- Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms (AEM, Brandfolder) a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
