Full Job Description

We are looking for a CMAA instructor to join our team in an adjunct capacity to teach instructor- led virtual or hybrid classes. The potential instructor should have previous teaching experience and knowledge of CMAA. The candidate will be required to teach in an instructor-led virtual or hybrid classroom two days a week. The classes occur in the evening so evening availability is a must. The courses will be a 14-week accelerated course.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lectures
• Maintain classroom attendance
• Submit grades on time
• Create interactive activities for students
• Maintaining student retention
• Test prep for the certification
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• OR 3 years experience as a Medical Secretary, Medical Assistant, with Nationally recognized credentials

• A minimum of 3 years of instructor/teaching experience in the same or related field
• Familiarity with Pearson LMS Platform a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
