Job Summary:

Responsible for writing, running, and paying Keno tickets in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Write keno tickets for guests
  • Maintain and balance own bank
  • Write or electronically validate hand-written tickets from guests presented at the keno counter
  • Retain one copy of every ticket played on each game and return one copy to the guest
  • Redeem and pay off winning keno tickets
  • Authorize payouts up to $1000
  • May be assigned to run Keno tickets throughout the Casino
  • All other duties that may be assigned

Work Environment:

  • Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
  • Must provide excellent customer service and respond calmly when handling guest’s needs
  • Basic math skills required
  • Previous experience in money handling required
  • Previous keno experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have Gaming Registration or ability to obtain same

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and sit for 6 hours
  • Must have close vision and distance vision abilities
  • Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers
